Include many mountain ranges in the west, east, and south
Plateaus in the center and narrow coasts.

5. HUMAN CHARACTERISTICS
The people of Mexico are 60% Mestizo, 30% Amerindian, 9% Caucasian, 1% other

Language is Spanish and many Mayan dialects

Mexicans have adapted to their environment to create farms, mines, drilling for oil, manufacturing, and building large cities
