24. NOTESNOTES  What is the big deal about this river being dried up? (CONTEXT)  All of the vials have been the wrath of God that have been stored up for 6K years. So how is the river drying up the wrath of God (CONTEXT)  So God clears a way for the Kings of the East. Who is that and how many?
