2  Our understanding of what is right versus what is wrong.  The knowledge of others: o Knowledge of other people o Knowledge of God

3  “Now I rejoice, not that you were made sorry, but that your sorrow led to repentance. For you were made sorry in a godly manner, that you might suffer loss from us in nothing. 10 For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.” (2 Cor 7:9-10 NKJV)  2 Peter 1:5-7) Add to your knowledge the characteristics we need in our lives!!

6 1) a feeling of guilt, regret, or sadness that you have because you know you have done something wrong 2) ability to feel guilt, regret, or embarrassment 3) dishonor or disgrace

7  “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! 21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, And prudent in their own sight!” Isaiah 5:20-21 (NKJV)

15  Maintain and gain knowledge from God’s word (Colossians 1:9-10)  Keep the right company (1Corinthians 15:33)  Maintain a good reputation (Ruth 3:11) o “And now, my daughter, do not fear. I will do for you all that you request, for all the people of my town know that you are a virtuous woman.” (NKJV)

16  Do NOT be ashamed of the gospel (Romans 1:16)  Do NOT be ashamed of faithful Christians (2Timothy 1:8)  Do NOT be ashamed to suffer as a Christian (  To suffer as a Christian (2 Timothy 1:12; 1 Peter 4:16)  Of Christ and His will. (Luke 9:26)

17 “You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and praise the name of the L ORD your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; and My people shall never be put to shame. 27 Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel: I am the L ORD your God and there is no other. My people shall never be put to shame.” (NKJV)
