RCI's reduce conflict points to as few as 18.Where in Minnesota are RCIs located?County Rd. 24, WillmarHwy 169 and County Rd. 3, Belle PlaineHwy 36 and Keats Avenue, Lake ElmoHwy 10 and County Rd. 8, BeckerHwy 169 and 173rd St., JordanMnDOT also plans to build additional RCIs in the next five years in Cologne, Cannon Falls, Vermillion, Zumbrota, Cotton, Ham Lake, Ramsey and Oakdale.
