Flexibility The Library Commons are an important collaboration between the Library and the Office of Information Technology to define the vision and the design of the Undergraduate Learning Center. The Library Commons is composed of the West Commons, the East Commons, and the Resource Center. This memo of understanding outlines the essential service, funding, leadership and governance elements that sustain the endeavor, mitigate confusion and conflict, and clarify responsibilities of the parties to assure uninterrupted success.
