10. 1. Rinse the grapes thoroughly and remove the stems 2. Mash the grapes sing the potato masher 3. Add water then stir the mixture using the wooden spoon

11. 4. Mix 5. Transfer the mixture to the plastic bottle. Use the strainer to separate the pulps 6. Add a bit of juice (optional) 7. Add the yeast to the mixture

12. 8. Place the balloon on the mouth of the bottle. Wrap the bottom part of the balloon with rubber band 9. Place the bottle with the mixture to ferment
