3 Morrison Creek Construction Along Union Pacific Railroad  Current schedule is to award end of this year, pending real estate rights from Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR).  Received tentative approval from UPRR for design at March 30 th meeting.  Construction will not start until May 1, 2012 due to Endangered Species Act compliance.

4 BUILDING STRONG ® Post Authorization Change Report (PACR)  Sacramento City/County completed providing all existing hydrology on April 14 th. Reviewing County General Plan with County staff to determine future hydrology.  Corps to complete hydrology review and start floodplain determinations next month.  Delay in receiving hydrology has caused PACR schedule to slip from completion in January 2014 to July 2014.
