3 NWACC Library Instruction Program at a Glance FY14 2,127 Library instruction class session attendance ( 135 sessions) 67 Open information literacy workshops attendance ( 12 workshops) 33 Professional development workshop attendance ( 3 PD Workshops) FY08-FY14 11,169 Library instruction class session attendance ( 713 sessions) 265 Open information literacy workshops attendance ( 31 workshops) 599* Professional development workshop attendance ( 52 PD Workshops) *These numbers declined after library professional development was eliminated from the mandatory new employee orientation process.

4 From FY08 to FY14, the number of library instruction sessions rose 145%.

5 From FY08 to FY14, the attendance at library instruction sessions grew 116%.

6 In FY12, the instruction program expanded to NWACC satellite campuses. In FY13, the Library began offering customized online instruction recordings.
