3. Fixed Asset Management System A software solution for People who wants to Manage their Asset efficiently.

4. 1 st step is to set Company profile To begin with, it is required to provide some basic information on the Company/Establishment and its policy on Depreciation Analysis. For this, select the Setup submenu under the System Menu and select Company Profile Screen.

5. Press F1 Key for Field Entry Help Click Save button to save Company Profile

6. Assets are classified into different categories.Standard categories are included in the package.Select the categories by name and verify them. Rates of depreciation as per Companies Act and Income Tax Act are determined by category of Assets. If required, modify the entries or drop unwanted Categories 2 nd step is to classify Asset into different category with respect to depreciation methods and schedules

7. Click Save button to save Category details

8. 3 rd Step is to classify physical Asset location.

9. On acquiring an Asset the details of the Asset is entered

10. Click New Entry To add new Asset Details include Item name with brief specification, Source of supply, Mode of supply, unique Asset code, Quantity, Asset value, Procurement date, Warranty period, Life expectancy, Asset location, Custodian name, etc.

11. Click Save Button to save Asset Details

12. For items that are insured, relevant details are entered periodically. After entering Insurance details, Click Save button

13. To view the list of insurable items due for review.

15. For items that are taxable like vehicles, relevant details are entered periodically. Click New Entry to add new asset that is taxable

16. To view the list of taxable items due for renewal.

18. Preventive Maintenance Call Details of Equipments are Captured

20. To view annual maintenance contract renewal report

22. To enter or edit repair information of Assets Click Save Button to save repair details

23. To enter or edit Asset upgrading details

26. When an Asset is moved from one location to another, the new location data is captured

27. Enter the from date & to date to to get Asset movement details and Click OK

29. To view history card of Assets

30. Use this screen for view of particulars of an Asset. History card provides information like Procurement details, Maintenance History, Upgradation details, Relocation History, Insurance History and Depreciation details.

33. Calculate depreciation and Update provisionally the value into corresponding Asset. Depreciation analysis can be carried out as per Companies Act or Income Tax Act. The Depreciation calculation method and style will be as specified for each category

34. To view depreciation statement

36. Click ‘Continue’ If depreciation statement is verified

37. To view detailed information of current financial year depreciation of Asset and category wise. Information like Asset name, Asset depreciation amount for the current financial year, percentage of depreciation, method of depreciation for the Asset. Face value of Asset, Book Value of Asset, New Value of Asset and Asset Procurement date.

39. To view list of Asset procured in last financial period
