27 There is a redeemer

28 There is a Redeemer, Jesus, God’s own Son, Precious Lamb of God, Messiah, Holy one. Thank you, O our Father for giving us your Son, And leaving your spirit till your work on earth is done.

29 Jesus, my Redeemer, Name above all names, Precious Lamb of God, Messiah O for sinners slain. Thank you, O our Father for giving us your Son, And leaving your spirit till your work on earth is done.

30 When I stand in glory, I will see His face, And there I’ll serve my King forever, In that holy place. Thank you, O our Father for giving us your Son, And leaving your spirit till your work on earth is done.

31 Prayer of PRAISE

32 The Creed I believe in God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried.

33 He descended into hell. The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty, from thence he will come to judge the living and the dead.

34 I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

35 We have come before our God in prayer, confessing our sin
We have come before our God in prayer, confessing our sin. We have worshipped our God in song and we have read the Bible together and heard what God is saying to us today. Now we have the privilege and opportunity to respond to all that God has revealed to us and given to us.

37

38 To God be the glory, great things he has done! So loved he the world that he gave us his Son, Who yielded his life an atonement for sin, And opened the life-gate that all may go in!

39 Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Let the earth hear his voice! Let the people rejoice! O come to the Father, through Jesus the Son, And give him the glory, great things he has done!

40 O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood, To every believer the promise of God! And every offender who truly believes, That moment from Jesus a pardon receives:

41 Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Let the earth hear his voice! Let the people rejoice! O come to the Father, through Jesus the Son, And give him the glory, great things he has done!

42 Great things he has taught us,
great things he has done, And great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son; But purer, and higher, and greater will be Our wonder, our rapture, when Jesus we see:

43 Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
Let the earth hear his voice! Let the people rejoice! O come to the Father, through Jesus the Son, And give him the glory, great things he has done!

44 OFFERTORY PRAYER Let us pray. God, you are calling us to a deeper prayer life. Help us to see beyond the borders of our community to the needs of all in the world. Use and bless these gifts to bring your hope and love to all who are in need. Bless your church that we might learn how to create a new and different world in Jesus’ name. Amen!
