2. Sources of Shaming Thoughts Shaming Events  In the moment of a shaming or traumatic event, we often tell ourselves a lie, or hear a lie from the offender, or from the kingdom of darkness.

3. Sources of Shaming Thoughts  The ongoing struggle— be it an addiction, or anger, or shame, or whatever—is not from the event, but from the lie we are still believing implanted in that event.

6. The Five Lies from Hell  I will not reap what I sow. Galatians 6:7-8 warns…  “Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.”
