2 Arizona-Sonora Border Master Plan Objectives
Identify, prioritize and promote land port of entry (LPOE), multi-modal infrastructure and rail projects. Design a process to ensure that relevant stakeholder agencies participate in the planning of LPOE projects and related transportation infrastructure improvements. Establish a process for continued dialogue among federal, state, regional, and local stakeholder agencies in Arizona and Mexico that will promote coordination on current and future projects. Inclusive and transparent process Formalize and institutionalize the border planning process Dynamic living document which will be updated every 3-5 years
