Spanish omelette A cooking workshop by the children of 3rd year. Ciudad de Jaén Primary School. Madrid, Spain.

La cebolla The onion
El aceite de oliva y la sal. The olive oil and the salt.
Pela la patata. Peel the potato.
Pica la cebolla. Chop the onion.
Pon un poco de aceite en la sartén, y fríe la patata y cebolla a fuego lento. Put some oil in the pan, fry the potato and onion together at low heat.
Rompe el huevo en el cuenco. Break the egg in the bowl.
Bate el huevo. Whisk the egg.
