7 Phnom Penh, 20087 Our multilateral partners ADB  French contribution to the Phnom Penh Plan;  GMS tourism Strategy (with technical assistance) ESCAP  UNCAPSA: Project on adding value to fresh and processed procedure through product certification;  Tourism: Project on human ressources training in tourism;  Project on the promotion of sustainable social protection strategies to improve access to health care;  ARTNeT: Support project for Trade research capacity building. UNODC Fight against Cross-border Trafficking. OIE Financial support of regional activities and Technical Assistance (a french veterinary is based in Bangkok to implement regional activities).

8 Phnom Penh, 20088 Bilateral actions networking FSP Synergie - Networking of bilateral training programs in management in Cambodia (URDSE), Laos (ONEPA), and Vietnam (CFVG) FSP ingénieur - Networking and strengthening of bilateral training programs for engineers in Cambodia (ITC), Laos (FINUL), and Vietnam (PFIEV), in cooperation with regional organisations (AIT, CIFT, NUS), and consortium of french Grandes Ecoles d’Ingénieurs.

10 Phnom Penh, 200810 Trilateral Cooperation  With Singapore: Health (Avian influenza training with Pasteur Institute); ADETEF pour des formations de fonctionnaires à Singapour.  With Thailand : Regional Doctoral Scholarship : Golden Jubilee Program (TICA/TRF); Training for asean students in French Thai Innovation Centre; Regional Workshop on Food Safety and traceability.
