2 5 Steps to playing position! 1.Stand with feet apart and violin in rest position. 2.Hold violin around the neck with the left hand and outstretch your arm. 3.Bring the violin to your left shoulder with your right hand. (slide left hand up for support) 4.Show thumbs up with the right hand. 5.Change to thumbs down and place it on side of fingerboard ready for plucking.
