17 2. The Peace of God Phil. 4:7 cf. v. 9 4:7 - And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 4:9 - Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

NIV: Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children 2 and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
