The Greeks were before the Romans and much of the Roman culture was from the Greeks. Ancient Greece made most of Western culture today; like government, science, math, art, and even some sports. At rituals they’d say prayers, dress up, and give offerings; such as sheep or bulls or goat, flowers, food, oil, wine, honey, and milk.
