2 Public finance They include processes related to collection, distribution and expenditure of financial public resources on the basis of legal regulations and to financing of the budget deficit and public debt servicing. 12 POINT Evaluation is significant, but its role in the system should not be leading. With regard to the current state of "efficiency approach" in the public sector, a high proceeding benchmark can be set due to the evaluation.
