Agenda February 20 Welcome Overview of the Item Submit and Review Process Create an Item and Submit To School Approval Process Options for School and District Users Options for Saving Items Submit to District and Submit to State Questions
Steps to Submit and Review Items 1.Create an Item 2.Save the Item (non-teacher users will also want to share the item with other users in the saving process) 3.Find your created item and Submit to School/District/State 4.Approvers go to Pending Items and Approve or Return (provide comments as appropriate) 5.Approved item is available to all other users within an institution (school or district) Returned item can be edited and re-submitted for approval
Submitting Items for Approval Once you have created an item, you can save it for your own personal use or you can chose to submit to the next level of approval to share the items with others. –If you have Test Item Administrator or Access to Assessment Management, you will have additional options to share the items with other like users.
