You Must Have: 4 credits of English 4 credits of Mathematics 4 credits of Social Studies 3 credits of Science 1 credit of Health/Physical Education Elective Credits to equal 28 * Four year colleges require a minimum of 2 levels of a foreign language (recommend 3 levels). 28 Credits Total

3 Promotion Standards 9th to 10th: 6 Credits (one must be English I or Communication Skills 10th to 11th: 13 Credits (one English, one Math) 11th to 12th: 20 Credits (2 Math)

REGISTRATION APPTS WILL BEGIN FEBRUARY 10TH (RISING SENIORS, JUNIORS, SOPHOMRES) ALL REGISTRATION/HONORS/AP FORMS SHOULD BE RETURNED TO YOUR 2 ND PERIOD TEACHER BY FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6th Parent’s Only: If you have questions please allow your student to ask them during the individual appointments. Once this meeting takes place if you still have questions feel free to or call your child’s counselor.

11 CP/HONORS/AP ★ STUDENTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR THE FOLLOWING AMOUNT OF HOMEWORK IN EACH LEVEL: ○CP: Minutes a night ○HONORS: 30 Minutes - 1 hour EXTRA a night ○AP: ½ hour EXTRA a night ★ Once a students registers for an Honors/AP course (includes Parent Signature) you will not be removed from the course. Class sections are created based on this number. ★ If, because of an extreme circumstance, a student is removed from an Honors/AP course the student will no longer be eligible for Honors/AP in that subject area. ★ You must receive a recommendation from your current teacher in that subject area. ★ You must maintain a B average in the previous course.
