3 Background Recording of lectures – ~8,000 lecture room recordings made in ; ~350,000 hits New technology from Sept 2012 – enhanced functionality for staff and students Personal Capture – available on desktop, laptop and iOS from September 2012 Wide variety of opportunities – to produce additional materials to enhance learning

5 ReCap for student presentation feedback Carys Watts – School of Biomedical Sciences Applied for individual HEA TDG ‘Enhancing the student feedback experience to promote employability using lecture capture for student presentations’ Personal capture software allows notes to be added to the recordings PowerPoint slides to be used in presentations
