3. The protocol MoU to migrate the protocol used for interconnect between operators in the UK, from IUP to UK ISUP. Based on ETSI ISUP with additional capabilities specified by PNO-IG Interconnect Signalling Committee. Additions support UK facilities such as Indirect Access, and Number Portability. The MoU seeks the implementation of version 2.2 of the PNO-ISC specification for UK ISUP.
