Human Potential Project HP2
Transform Transforming the workforce How do we hire the best people to take advantage of the current transforming business world and measure their success to ensure your profitable growth?
You Don’t! Recruiting and hiring super heros is not a viable strategy! Transform
If you really want to transform the workforce you first need to transform the workplace: Yourself Corporate leadership Corporate management Corporate culture Transform
Then the “best people” will be in an environment where they can make the difference you are looking for. If you don’t transform then the “best people” will quickly become just like the “rest of the people.”
After all they have more at stake than anyone new. Transform Why aren’t the people you have taking advantage of the current transforming business world to ensure your profitable growth? Did you hire a bunch of losers? They were the “best people” when you hired them so what happened?
Your historical way of working is what happened! The workforce has changed Leadership and management practices haven’t changed since WWll Hierarchy Process Activities Analytics Transform All we have done is add technology so we can measure things that are irrelevant and in many cases annoying to the value generators in your business.....but we can do it really fast!
Transform It’s a whole new world out there and unless you are willing to start transforming your workplace there is little point in a discussion about transforming the workforce. These are times of tectonic change for the business media. Historical practices and processes only provide incremental change. In today’s world incrementalism is your enemy.
