2 Introduction Ruby bridges was an amazing girl, she went through a hard life but she just hung in their was a very educational girl/woman. When she was able to go to school everybody left from that school but ruby never got discouraged. A couple years went by and people started putting their kids back in that school and ruby and them became best friends.

3 Angry Angry mobs would crowd ruby saying bad things about her and about segregation. 11 Illegal Since colored weren’t allowed to do many things, that was illegal for her.

12 Judge When ruby moved to New Orleans the judge of her case ordered her to go to an all whites school.

14 Legislator The Louisiana state legislator had found ways to fight the federal court order and slow the process down.

15 Marshals Every day their were marshals that walked ruby in and out of school because of the angry people.

16 New Orleans They moved to New Orleans to get more educated and have better jobs.

17 Occupation Ruby has a well known job. Her job is a civil rights activist.

18 Praying Ruby always liked to pray. One of her famous prayers is “please god try to forgive those people, because even if they say those bad things, they don’t know what their doing.
