COMPANY PROFILE IM21 (A Unit of Somya Group) was established in 2007 and provided services in media solutions such as Bulk SMS, Print Media, Yellow pages and Online Portal. Later on moved into institutional sales to start with installation of RO equipments with its brand name “Meetha Paani” and ventured into garments, FMCG products and consumer durables under its brand name Home Shop 21. We have diversified our business into two more institutions i.e. distribution rights of all FMCG products in Rajasthan Cooperative Dairy Federation Booths (Jaipur dairy) as well as Rajasthan State Roadways Transport Corporation [RSRTC] bus stand premise stalls and have got the marketing rights for entire Rajasthan of various companies.. We have 33 mother depot across Rajasthan which are running on Depot cum SS Model. We have around 200 distributors covering approx 30000 outlets across Rajasthan comprising RSRTC Outlets, Saras dairy outlets and other general outlets. We have launched our own brand of packaged drinking water, beverages and namkeen by the name of ‘SPARSH’.

COMPANIES OWN BRANDS Sparsh is a packaged drinking water brand owned by Somya Group. Sparsh also deals in packaged juice of various flavors' like mango, dew, cola and orange. Meetha Pani is a brand dealing in RO water purifier system.

VENDOR ROLE AND BENEFITS Role of vendor will be:- Investment in stock Management Timely (daily) supplies to retailers Benefits of vendors will be:- Good margins which varies from company to company. Stocks of major companies under one roof. Sales Staff support by IM21. Some companies rate are ex-factory therefore freight will be borne by vendor.
OTHERS Terms & condition:- i.Advance payment on the basis of RTGS/ NEFT/DD. ii.Special Bank Facility will be provided (under process). Services:- i.IM21 will supply to CSA. ii.CSA will supply goods to IM21 Vendors. iii.IM21 will provide sales staff support as well.
