How do we do it? 3.Example: the Working Group on Human Rights, Minorities and Vulnerable Groups was set up in October 2009 and it outlined key areas of intervention within the field (the NIPAC offices nominated the representatives from each Beneficiary).

Concrete projects to be adopted under the various programming years as of 2011 are in line with the main conclusions of the Working Group and with the strategy described by the Sector Plan. At a later step, expert working groups can also be set up to draft the respective project fiches with the participation of all Beneficiaries.

Besides the Beneficiary consultations internal (within EC) and external consultations (with other institutions, international organisations, donors, stakeholders) are also conducted.
