What is WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit)? A program that enables certified employees to gradually move from economic dependency to self-sufficiency. A way that workers can receive a stipend from employer for working at the company. A means by which unemployed individuals find employment and obtain a credit on their taxes.
