2 The Gospel that Saves us! 1 Corinthians 15:3-8 1. Christ died for our sins –Proof – He was buried 2. Christ was raised on the 3 rd day –Proof – He appeared….

3 Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures (Isaiah 53:5-6 – written 700 years before Christ) But he (Jesus) was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed. {6} We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
