This person is called what?  What does the acronym NOK stand for?  If you are separated from your spouse, do you need to list them on your DD 93?  What does DD stand for?

Hunt who resides with his ex-wife, Cheryl Hunt at 125 Sad Lane, Othertown, SC Anthony’s date of birth is July 1, Cheryl’s phone number is (444) Bobby and Jessie have a daughter, Hailey B. Hunt that lives with them. Hailey’s date of birth is April 15, Bobby does not know who his father is. Bobby’s mother’s name is Naomi Hunt but she died a few years ago. Bobby wants to ensure that if he is in a missing status that his friend Will Burdette is informed of his status.
