Accessing the Server On any computer on your network, connect to the PalatiumCare Server
Accessing the Server Using the browser of your choice, go to your unique PalatiumCare IP Address. (It’s as easy as visiting a web site.)
Accessing the Server From the main screen, you can view live alerts or access help & training information
PalatiumCare Wizard When you sign in as an administrator or caregiver, you receive access to additional functions, like the PalatiumCare Wizard Click on the function you wish to perform, and follow the step by step instructions until your task is complete. REMINDER: This can be done from ANY computer connected to your network. Increase efficiency by executing tasks right from your desk.
PalatiumCare Reports When you sign in, you also have access to PalatiumCare Reports Click on the report you wish to view. BONUS: Reports can be accessed at any time on the server, but you can also choose to have them emailed to you.
