Maintain an overview of the BCF schemes as a collective, including their interdependencies and address any issues referred to it by the Better Care Strategy Group and Better Care Commissioning Group. Provide an escalation point to address governance issues and provide dispute resolution linked to the BCF, including pooled budget arrangements.
