21 Circulation Policy Fines –A notice to remind you to return borrowed items is sent by 3 days before due date. Fines accrue on overdue books at NT$2 per day, per book, and on audio-visual items at NT$10 per day, per item. For lost and damaged items, patrons are charged for replacement costs.

Interlibrary loan service will be charged according to the type of materials, delivery methods, number of pages copied, etc.
