2 What is Tower Pinkster's Charge? 1.To assess the existing conditions of the Portage Public School Buildings and Sites. 2.To work with the PPS Administration, School Board, Staff and Community so that together we can generate a “Master Plan” for the future of Portage Public Schools for the next 10 years. What will the Master Plan do? 1.Provides the road map for Portage Public Schools to make informed facilities- related decisions based on identified goals and priorities. 2.Lays out a plan for facility improvements, including specific projects and costs, over the next ten years.
