Exploring the Integration Principle EC is attached to one or two MH treatment teams, from which 90- 100% of the EC’s caseload is comprised EC attends weekly MH treatment team meetings EC participates actively in treatment team meetings with shared decision making Employment services documentation is integrated into clients mental health plan EC’s office is in close proximity/ shared with their MH treatment team members EC helps the team think about employment for people who haven’t yet been referred to supported employment services
