5. Screening Based on classification, ASAP will refer client to appropriate education or treatment agency. 7. NONCOMPLIANCE Client fails to follow through with his or her assignment, the agency must send ASAP report detailing noncompliance. 9. COMPLETION When a client has completed ASAP requirements a Letter of Completion is sent to the assigning District Court & the District Attorney’s office.
