Working Groups Focus on developing individual partnerships. Members selected for their expertise. (3-5). TTX Participants Provide feedback on partnering agreement(s) being pursued; and identify partnering concepts that should be explored in the future. Includes all stakeholders. (75-100)

Sample recommendations include:  Create Human Capital Center of Excellence  Develop plan for establishment of regional business accelerator  Develop a resources/requirements clearing house to allow local educators to refine curriculum to meet evolving needs of local economy  Maintain/enhance planning and cooperation with the Department of the Army to ensure that the benefits of outside-the-gate improvements carry inward to places of work  Design and implement an effective outreach program to communicate issues, actions, and solutions to the public  Identify coalition task force with local mental health services, TRICARE, and commercial providers to develop open-access plan
