2 Grant Runner Overview  A feature that allows users to complete and submit (via OSP) NIH Grant Application forms directly from SAGE.  Currently supports NIH research grants using SF424 (R & R) forms  The NIH forms appear in the left navigation of SAGE when you choose to submit using Grant Runner What is Grant Runner? 3 Grant Runner Overview: Updates  RR Detailed Budget  RR Subaward Budget NEW Features!!  Copy Budget Period feature  Synch SF 424 Federal Funds field with budget selected  Elimination of pop-ups for editing on modular budget, Sr/key persons, and performance sites forms  Grant Runner Wizard Adjustments NEW Forms!!

4 Grant Runner Benefits  No longer need to download the required forms from Grants.gov  Pre-populates SF424 institutional and PI data  Key person lookup, pre-fills their data  Reduces redundant entry between the eGC1 and SF424 forms.  Error checking, alerts in advance of submission  Allows viewing of the Grants.gov and NIH status in SAGE  Fewer systems to interact with Why Use Grant Runner?
