SHU ART ACADEMY TIMETINE pre production By Natalia Magdalene

SHU ART ACADEMY HERITAGE My video is about transformation of 171 years of SHU art heritage. Video will include the timeline of events and interviews to show how SHU got to where it is now. How Art Academy is represented now and how could it look in the future.

TARGET AUDIENCE I am going to target everyone that is interested in Art of Sheffield and Hallam University. Starting from random YouTube users, future students of Hallam Uni, present students, staff, people interested in Hallam’s Gallery exhibition, artists, art lovers etc.

INSPIRATION I got inspired while trying to do some research about art in SHU, as I was very impressed with it’s 170 years of tradition. Considering it’s a quite of a big deal and something to be very proud of, there is no cutting edge, teaser online yet (at least not in my opinion) I therefore decided to make it myself to promote SHU and to help future Art students find out more about the heritage of Art Studies at SHU.

SPECIFICATION The idea is to stand up to modern technology and digital video editing techniques and create a cutting edge piece that can represent the faculty of art at SHU with it’s well deserved pride and grace.
