Introduction to PEPP A pedagogic model practiced in ITE. P LAN Breaking down lesson topics into discreet & manageable units. Divide students into small groups to form learning community. E XPLORE Different ways of learning. P RACTICE Lecturer discuss a concepts or skills & assign students activities to practice the skills taught. P ERFORM Achieving lesson objectives through assignments & critiques. Improve the learning outcome.
PEPP Journey - Plan Present the lesson objectives & explain the PEPP approach in the lesson delivery. Pair students up in groups of 2. Brief students on the K-W-L form and guide them to fill in the column. (What you Know about logo & trademarks?) ‘K’ K-W-L form

Ensure equal opportunities to learn for all students. Attend design seminars, to learn and share ideas from the professionals. Challenging quiz.
PEPP Journey – My Reflection A student-centered learning style is indeed a more effective approach in lesson delivery. Requires more facilitation in such lesson mode. An active and continual process, which requires more preparation and demands constant attention as lesson goes on.
PEPP Journey – My Reflection As a reflective practitioner, I will have to keep evaluating the strategies applied in my lesson delivery. Sharing it together with colleagues who are committed in students ’ achievement.
