HIGHLY SUGGESTED ITEMS  Condescent Dryer  Chiller  An additional in-line filter  Coalescing Filter  Any and all of these items will further prevent dirt particles and moisture from getting into your machine, thus extending the service life of certain components. NOW click this link to watch the video:http://Additional suggested filtersAdditional suggested filters

Let’s look at the following:  Table Size: 24”wide & 25”deep  Leveling  Vacuum & Compression Solenoids  Items included with the machine:  spare rigid & soft tubing  tools  gun nozzle tips  10’ USB cable & 25’ serial cable  2 spare sensor wires  Disc which contains user manual, GemMaster software, & machine drivers  10mm air tubing  power cord & adapter NOW click on this link to watch the video: IntroductionIntroduction

 Tubing for the machine:  It should be no more than 30’ long  3/8” outside diameter polyurethane tubing will work  The pressure at the machine must maintain.6 bar  The compressor must have a flow rate of at least NOW click this link to watch the video: air hose tubingPlastic air hose tubing

 The Compressor:  should be plugged into a 110 volt circuit, with a 20 amp breaker (unless you are running a 220 volt compressor)  maintain a tank pressure of at least 100 psi  have an air supply shut off valve, somewhere in the air supply line (usually by the machine)  always use a water separator NOW click this link to watch the video:

 To connect the compressor tubing to the machine:  push in tubing till it is as far as it will go into the fitting  make sure the ends are clean cut and square  the tubing goes into the air system which consists of:  dust filter  water separator  press up on the tubing to empty daily  second dust filter  the pressure regulator must be adjusted  it must read.6 bar, when air line is open. To adjust:  lift to unlock, revealing the orange line  turn clockwise to increase pressure  turn counter clockwise to decrease pressure  after adjusting, press down to lock  the grey knob, at the end of the air handling system, is the air shutoff knob.  in-line with the air hose is open (on) NOW click this link to watch the video: machine to the pressurized air

 Compressor Maintenance:  Drain the water from the compressor (we recommend daily, if not more frequently)  to drain:  while off, elevate the back of the compressor  open the water drain valve (usually located somewhere on the bottom of the air holding tank) Click this link to watch the video:http://drain water from compressordrain water from compressor  suggested to have a technician do it the first time  seal needs to be replaced  change every 2000 hours or annually  must use air compressor oil Click this link to watch the video:http://changing the compressor oilchanging the compressor oil  Changing the oil
