"Wholly Yours" I am full of earth You are heaven's worth I am stained with dirt, prone to depravity You are everything that is bright and clean The antonym of me You are divinity

But a certain sign of grace is this From the broken earth flowers come up Pushing through the dirt

You are Holy, Holy, Holy All heaven cries Holy, Holy God Oh, You are Holy, Holy, Holy I want to be holy like You are

You are everything That is bright and cleanAnd You're covering me With Your majestyAnd the truest sign of grace was thisFrom wounded hands redemption fell downLiberating man

But the harder I try The more clearly can I Feel the depth of our fall And the weight of it all And so this might could be The most impossible thing Your grandness in me making me clean

Glory, Hallelujah Glory, glory, Hallelujah

You are Holy, Holy, Holy All heaven cries Holy, Holy God Oh, You are Holy, Holy, Holy I want to be holy, Holy God

Now That We Are Saved *We have peace with God *Our sins no longer condemn us *Sin no longer has its full effect on our lives *We have a new identity *We have a new nature *We have a new perspective *We have a new desire Once we are saved we need to be in tune with the Holy Spirit. We need to allow Him to do the work of making us more like Jesus.

Sounds Easy Right? *But its not......Thats why Paul says we need to count ourselves dead to sin. “The absolute confidence in what our minds know to be true. The kind of heartfelt confidence that affects actions and decisions.” *Thanks be to God, we received the gospel *So we’ve been set free from sin

Two Masters *Sin: -Yields no return except: -Shame -Guilt -Moral deterioration -Hopelessness Which culminates in death All people have a master and they pattern their life around that master. You show who your master is by your obedience to Him/it. How do you spend your time, your money, your resources, etc.? *Righteousness/God: -Yields fruit of: -Progressive holiness - that gradual process of becoming more like Jesus Which culminates in eternal life

Decision Time *Is the freedom God offers better than the freedom I have to live my own way? *Now that you’re a Christian are you still holding onto some of those sins that you’re ashamed of? *Do your actions demonstrate obedience to God?
