2 Group Cycle eMbody Group Cycle takes you on a journey that promises to be a great ride! This indoor cycling class simulates a variety of exciting terrains that will transport you and your body through rolling hills, flat jump sprints, interval training and recovery. Group Cycle & Abs High intensity cycle class that takes your body through many different terrains and intensities, followed by abdominal work. This great class will torch the calories while sculpting your abs! Cycle Strength A split class consisting of a cycle component focused on cycling conditioning followed by a strength training segment to improve the look and function of your muscles. Using the "Strategex" system, participants will learn how to strategically use their body to overcome various physical challenges and how to target specific muscles. Individual instruction and coaching will be used to ensure safety and effectiveness of all exercises. M-Power This total body functional strength training class will build and improve your muscular endurance, balance and coordination by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises. Skinny Jeans Workout Blast your lower body with this specialized class targeting your thighs, butt and abs. You will be feeling the burn as you sculpt your lower body, getting you closer into your favourite pair of jeans! Tabata is a training method which mixes intervals of all out effort with short rests. You work as hard as you can on one exercise for 20 seconds, then take 10 seconds to rest and then get back into it as hard as you can again, for a total of 4 minutes. Exercises are done with or without equipment and are mixed up to turn this training method into a full body workout. Cardio, Core and More Cardio conditioning that incorporates a full body workout developing muscular strength, endurance, shape and tone. Boot Camp This action packed class combines intervals of cardio using skipping ropes for best results and functional strength exercises such as your own body weight, bands, dumbbells, stability and medicine balls. 30/ 20/10 A great all in one workout targeting all the components of fitness in one class: 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of sculpting and 10 minutes of flexibility training. Full Body Burn Hit the ground for this intense full body workout that uses a multitude of different positions and exercises to target muscles you didn’t even know you had! Kick-Butt Conditioning Get ready to sweat with this fun and effective fat-burning and toning workout that sculpts your body from top to bottom. This back to the basics whole body conditioning class uses a variety of small resistance equipment and traditional drills. Essentrics Essentrics™ dynamically stretches and strengthens every muscle in the body, rebalancing the muscular structure in continuous rotational movements. The unique flowing movements of Essentrics™ have been proven to simultaneously slenderize and tone the abs, waist, and back with simple yet powerful strengthening exercises. This full-body flexibility technique works through the muscle chains liberating and relieving muscle tension. Hatha Flow Yoga A combination of Ashtanga-Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". This method of yoga connects movement and breathing.
