Clinic Purpose & Goal Our Purpose today is to help you understand how to optimally complete an application for the Torch Award for Ethics. Our Goal for you to reflect on/desire an award- winning TRUST Culture (which results from truly being an Ethical Enterprise).
Eligibility Open to all for-profit, 501(c)(6) and 501(c) (3) non-profit organizations 501(c) (3) non-profit organizations must complete the BBB Charitable Standards evaluation process and meet BBB standards
Award Categories Companies with over 175 employees Companies with 51-175 employees Companies with 11-50 employees Companies with 1-10 employees
Exclusions In business less than 3 years Less than a B Rating with BBB ( BBB Accreditation is not a requirement) Does not meet financial obligations Already have been a Torch Award Recipient in the last 5 years Are a government agency.

Judging the Entries Entries are evaluated by an independent panel of judges comprised of local volunteer business and community leaders, based on criteria established by the BBB Center for Character Ethics.
