2  The younger son was lost in himself.  He demanded his share of the wealth.  He squandered everything on pleasure.  Self-centeredness left him alone and hungry. THE LOST GET FOUND.

3  The younger son was lost in himself.  A shift in focus brought the lost home.  The son took on a humble perspective.  The son took a bold step of faith.  Humility in the midst of praise proved his genuineness. THE LOST GET FOUND.

4  The younger son was lost in himself.  A shift in focus brought the lost home.  The father received the lost with joy.  He celebrated lavishly over his son.  He celebrated hastily over his son.  He celebrated unreservedly over his son. THE LOST GET FOUND.

6  Our world is full of people who are “lost” – trusting themselves to pull them through.  If I am lost, I need to realize my own inability and take a step of faith to come to God to save me. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN TO ME?

7  I need to celebrate lavishly, hastily and unreservedly when people are found!  I need to ignore the skeptics. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN TO ME?
