OUTLINE In Author name’s article “Title of Article” Author’s Last Name discusses subject of article. Author’s Last Name believes quote that shows the author’s stance on the subject. Author’s Last Name is correct/wrong your reason why they are correct or wrong.

EXAMPLE In Aaron David Miller’s article “Two Candidates, One Foreign Policy” Miller discusses the foreign policy of both presidential candidates. Miller believes that “Just as Barack Obama morphed into a less ideological and reckless version of George W. Bush (see: surge in Afghanistan, keeping Guantánamo open, predator drones), Mitt Romney’s performance indicated he’d be a Barack Obama look-alike on key foreign policy issues.” Miller is correct in his analysis on a basic level.
