4 1 2 3 You can access the following sub tabs to view: * All contacts associated in that particular role/group* You can access multiple Groups based on your permissions * You have the ability to access Rules from this section
6 Contact TabYou can click on the “Pencil Icon” to update a Contact’s InformationYou have the ability to Download your Contacts for that Group/RoleYou have the ability to Send Registration to your Contacts in that Group/Role to invite them to the SERVFL Member Portal. FDOH Employees, MRC Volunteers, and/or Contracted Employees Send the Registration by Contact- Send the Registration in a Bulk Action- Do not send an invite to the SERVFL Member Portal for your Local Partners
8 Contact TabYou have the ability to Delete Contacts from a Group or GroupsOnce you delete a Contact – the data is gone.Make sure you let us know if you need to transfer a Contact to another Group that you do not manage.By clicking on the “Add to Group” button you can associate a Contact to more than one Group.

You click on the Contact TabYou click on the Sub Tab titled GroupClick on the Button titled Remove- From This Group- From The Group and its subgroups- If you accidentally remove a Contact and you are unable to viewthis Contact, you can call a System Administrator for assistance.
