Log in with your username/password Click on Team Progress icon at top of page Here you can: Edit picture Edit description Edit team goal Send an email to your team View team progress/ participant lists
Sign in with your username Click on “My Participant Center” in top right corner. Click “Edit Personal Page” Below the red writing you will see: “You are currently previewing in English. Preview or Edit the English version of this page.” Click “Edit”
This is where you can edit Page title Personal Message You can create your message in a different program and copy/paste. If you do use WordPad or NotePad instead of Microsoft Word. Personal Picture Locate the picture on your computer with the “Choose File” button Add titles to Status Indicator and Honor Roll boxes as well Remember to click “Save My Changes” or all your work will be lost
To add email addresses click “Address Book” on My Participant Center page
You can enter addresses individually, or import your contact from your personal email acct. Click Address Book from top of Participant Page Import Contacts icon Add from my Address Book Choose your email client (ex. Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail) You can now go through and upload selected contacts, or hit “Check all” to upload them all Close out of Plaxo and hit Save underneath contact list
If you email client isn’t listed as an option you can then use “Import.cvs” Step-by-step instructions are given. To add an individual contact click “Add Contacts” and manually enter each name and address.

Here you can edit the subject line and message body if you’d like Adding a personal touch is always best! Click “Save” to come back later Click “Preview” to view it Click “Send” to send it now Make sure to follow up with your emails!! Click “Follow-ups” This will give you a list of people you have emailed and/or have donated. You can sort this list as well from the drop down box Tells you who received your email, opened the email, visited your site, etc. etc. Gives you the option to send them a follow up.
Participants can enter cash/check donations they received to their account by registering it as an “Offline Gift” After gifts are registered, participants turn them in to their team captain along with the Offline Donation Form These gifts will not officially be counted until they are turned in and verified.
Enter all information requested on this page then click on “Save” if you’re processing just one OR Click on “Save and Add Another” until you have entered all cash/checks received. Make sure to enter the information of the person/company who DONATED the gift- not your own information “Name for gift list” box- how this gift will be labeled on your Participant Page.
Things to Remember Make sure that all checks collected are payable to The American Cancer Society and contain all necessary information. Off-line Cash/Check donations should then be collected by the Team Captain. Team Captains should bring Off-line cash/checks received to Team Captain’s meetings and turn them over to the Accounting Chair AFTER they have been posted. Donations will not reflect appropriately on-line until the funds are verified by Accounting. Please do NOT mail any cash/checks to the ACS office. Please do not use this process for Luminaria Sales!
From your Home Page (When you first sign into the Relay site- before going to the Participant Center) Click on “Dedicate a Luminaria”
You can credit a luminaria donation to a certain team or participant by searching for their name, or credit it to the event on a whole. Click on one of the links at the bottom of the page to dedicate your luminaria or dedicate one on behalf of a donor. “If you would like ACS to make the Luminaria on your behalf, please fill in the message you'd like in the message box on the following page.” “If you would like to create your own Luminaria, please indicate "creating myself onsite or prior to relay" in the message box.”

To either register a survivor or register as a survivor yourself click “Register as a Survivor on the Registration Page This selection is only used for people who want to attend the Survivor Lap ONLY. Participants who identify themselves as survivors at registration will also be recognized. You do not need to register twice! If any participant needs to change this designation please contact me!!
