WELCOME !! Singsation 2013 Kathy Simpson & Zack Bjornsen Lori Stohs & Linda Timmons
THANK YOU! Singsation is our Fundraiser that allows us to provide funds for: – Our kids to ride in a safe comfortable environment to competitions – Offsets costs for costumes and accessories – Covers other show choir expenses
SCHEDULE We have a full day! School opens at 5:30 am Participants will be arriving around 6:00 am Auditorium opens for public at 6:20 am First show starts at 7:20 am
VOLUNTEERS Thank you for your time! Tonight meet with your chair following this meeting. Your chair will give you a wristband to wear tomorrow. Arrive for your shift a few minutes early. Check in at front Kiosk! Wear name tags
VOLUNTEER CHECK IN Upon arrival please check in at front kiosk. Get a name tag! See Rachel Witte!
WHAT TO WEAR Wear SINGSATION green t shirts! – Linda has some large and x-larges with her tonight Black Show Choir Parent T shirts Anything Green Jeans or Black pants Comfortable Shoes!!
PARKING Please save front parking for our spectators! Park in the far south lot or in the “dirty lot” This applies to students as well!
If you are around and want to help Go see Volunteer check in and we’ll find something for you to do! There are always areas that need additional help or “on the fly” things that we may need help with.
STUDENT VOLUNTEERS Follow directions given to you by Mrs. Simpson or Mr. Bjornsen.
EVERYONE No one is allowed in the classroom area except those chaperones. No FOOD or DRINK other than clear water in the classrooms or Auditorium. Student should only be in the MW room and the areas they are to volunteer for. The event is on the FIRST FLOOR only. Please be an example!
New for this Year! Prelim Awards at 5:45 will be held in the auditorium (Wildcat I) Allows more space and its not a fire code issue Fun environment for students to build community Allows better flow to move to dinner
NEW for this year! Shout Outs – Recognize your kids or your friends with Shout Outs that will be projected in the auditorium – $3 Each
FAME fundraiser! We are excited to go to FAME! Show Stopping Performance by Mr. B – If we raise $250 he will entertain us in Wildcat I when we do Prelims Awards
