(IA): Founded by Rockwell Collins in 1977; purchased by FRC in April FRC Electrical Industries, Inc. (NJ): Acquired in August FRC Internet Products, LLC (FL): Formed in 2004 to develop, manufacture and license WiFi & WiMAX products.
