2 Romania System of Special Equipment Safety Supervision In Romania, the System of the Special Equipment Safety Supervision is embodied by the State Institution: “National Authority for Control & Approval of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Hoisting Equipment ( briefly named “ISCIR” ).
